Beyond the apartments, our project is deeply connected to Fabriano’s economic and cultural revival. We actively support local artisans, producers, and independent businesses, helping sustain the town’s rich traditions and craftsmanship. From the materials in your space to the food on your plate, every choice is rooted in sustainability, community, and thoughtful living.
